July 10, 2008Ok, it has been an exhausting week, but as promised – here is my pie adventure – documented 
Old fashioned Lard-Crust recipe – all lard. Next time I might do a little butter substituted. The crust was almost TOO flaky. Nice and easy Fruit Pie recipe from the back of the tapioca box…only 3 cups of strawberries, 3 cups of rhubarb.
Delicious!
